One World Gains Praise

The Capitol Hill Times gave Seattle Culinary Academy’s One World some nice press recently.

“Not only is the Seattle Culinary Academy the oldest school of its kind in the region, it is also one of the most progressive culinary schools in perhaps the entire country. Students grow and use herbs and vegetables that are grown at a greenhouse on campus and many students attend field trips to local farms in order to learn hands-on sustainable farming practices and where their ingredients come from.”
