Jihoon Sun Culinary Competition Winner!
Congratulations to Jihoon Sun winner of the Chaine des Rotisseurs Scholarship Contest! Last evening Jihoon went to Renton Technical College to compete among seven other culinary school contestants in a mystery basket competition. He won first place and received $750 in scholarship monies. His winning menu was a Pan Seared Pork with Roasted Sweet Potato, Carrot Puree, Spicy Quince Demi, Braised Chard with Butter Poached Apple, Cherry Vinegar and Oven Roasted Tomatoes.
